Being a marketing manager at some of Canada’s top consumer packaged goods companies goes well beyond just adding a logo or making some look appealing.  It requires a deep analysis of the environment, its players, understanding motivations, rules and regulations, and the constantly changing dynamics in order to win.  What worked yesterday, doesn’t mean it will work today.
